Job Description
Writing and editing high quality content for competitive proposals and content obtained through interviewing of technical experts, and foundation manager.
Harvesting and analyzing information, working directly or remotely with technical experts of the foundation involved in mentioned project/s.
Responsible for delivering high quality, tailored content for technical, financial and commercial (narrative) proposals or related documents in full compliance with the requirements and quality standards of AFF.
Job Requirements
A post-graduate university degree.
At least 5 years of proposal writing experience in the development sector; preferably related to crafts.
Proven experience in writing proposals for NGOs, international organizations, government institutions and other donors
Past consulting or research experience with development and humanitarian donors.
Proven experience in project and team management.
Proven experience conducting in-depth interviews with subject matter specialists or groups (on calls or in team settings) and synthesizing the information into meaningful feedback and content.
Ability to write clearly and concisely to structure arguments in a logical fashion and to balance technical rigor with simple explanations.
Fluency in professional English and Arabic is required. Fluency and professional writing skills in both is essential and mastery of technical jargon.
