Marketing Officer, Aswan, Egypt
BACKGROUND:
Conduct market research to find out consumer requirements, habits, and trends.Liaise with internal and external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
Build-up a solid social media network (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter), creating new media channels to support the marketing strategy through communication and visibility support.
Make decisions regarding products and the final steps of the production chain, such as choosing labels or packaging.
Work on developing new markets for selected agriculture products.
Responsible for selling kitchen gardens (KGs) products and developing a market plan to distribute the products (such as taking orders, warehousing, stock control and transportation).
Manage outlet or undertake direct marketing.
Plan and put in place initiatives for advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling, and sales management.
Conduct marketing audits to monitor sales performance.
Write and submit a regular report, including a follow-up training plan conducted with the groups.
The requirements
3-5 years of experience in the field of marketing agricultural crops.Practical experience in agricultural crops.
Flexible and willing to work outside regular business hours.
Good knowledge of English and Arabic Languages.
Able to analyse and interpret information.
Creative and can think out of the box.
Very good communication skills.
Good organizational skills.
Able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Professional appearance and demeanour.
